Quad Switch

The Quad Switch is a switching module featuring four independent channels, each with a pair of switches whose ON/OFF states are controlled by the level of an incoming CV signal.

It can be used for automatically changing signal routing in response to CV, creating audio cut-ups, switching sequence sources or destinations, and many other patching ideas. Since the CV inputs also operate at audio rate, the module can also be used for oscillator waveshaping.

Each channel has two switches, upper and lower, both controlled by a shared CV input.

At 0V, or when no CV is connected, the upper switch is disconnected and the lower switch is connected. When the CV exceeds 3.4V, the lower switch disconnects, and when the CV exceeds 3.9V, the upper switch connects.

As a result, when the CV is between 3.4V and 3.9V, both the upper and lower switches are disconnected.
