Monos 0
MONOS 0 is the Eurorack modular version of MONOS CV, with the filter section removed, CLOCK IN / OUT added, and individual feedback switches for routing each fader signal to Noise Mod.
It combines a noise oscillator based on a linear feedback shift register (LFSR) with a divider. In the High range it works as a noise source, while in the Low range it can be used as a random CV generator.
MONOS 0 generates random/noise signals using an LFSR clocked by an internal voltage-controlled oscillator. The generated signal is divided into multiple components, which can then be mixed with the sliders and sent to the output. The LFSR can also be driven by an external clock connected to CLOCK IN. The internal clock is available at CLOCK OUT, allowing MONOS 0 to function as a voltage-controlled clock generator as well.
The Noise Mod fader feeds the post-slider signals back to modulate the speed (pitch) of the internal clock. This is especially useful in the Low range for generating complex and distinctive clock patterns. Feedback from each divided component to Noise Mod can be enabled or disabled individually with its corresponding switch.
